Replacing Halogen under Counter puck lights with LED

Hi There, I'd like to replace my under counter Halogen puck lights, with LED color selectable puck lights. Do I just change them out, or do I need some sort of transfomer or something? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Everything is hard wired, and clean in the cabinets and wall, so i'd like to keep it that way, I also dont have many outlets near the cabinets where the lights would be installed.
