So long story short we have a massive pile of woodchips from a tree someone cut down for us (they chipped the trunk too). It's about 50'x50' and about a foot high. It's to expensive to have someone take care of. We tried gasoline on it but with no real result. Someone mentioned thermite. I know what it does of course but wasn't sure if it would burn away alot of the wood chips or do nothing. Do you think its a good idea? I have no idea where to even get any. I seen something about making it online but I don't understand chemistry and all that.
Any other ideas on how to get rid of wood chip piles?
