Storm door for shorter-than-standard opening?

Hi all. My wife and I are looking to buy storm doors for the two exterior doors on our house. Seems simple enough, but the problem is that the big-box stores don't seem to carry doors that are short enough to fit. And our door widths don't really seem to fit into their available doors either. Here's the quick specs:

Front door:

Opening height: 78.875"

Opening width (smallest): 31.75"

Side door:

Opening height: 76 7/8"

Opening width (smallest): 32.875"

The only doors I can find that seem to fit these dimensions are cheap-looking mobile home doors. Are we going to need custom doors made? If so, any idea if that's crazy expensive?
