Best way to remove kitchen cabinets?

I went temporarily insane and bought a used display desk. It’s made of kitchen cabinets and was stupid cheap because I have to remove it myself.

Anyone have suggestions for order of operations/tricks/whatever to help keep them nice during the process? I’m intimidated and don’t know where to start....I also offered to help a coworker do hers tomorrow.
