I just bought a few of these tile packets to add a backsplash to my kitchen but I've never done any sort of tiling before. Does it matter if I use adhesive backing or mortar? I'd rather use adhesive matting but I'm worried I'll be able to see it through the glass pieces. Also do I need a wet saw to cut them or can I just use any manual tile cutter? I'm throwing off since it looks like two different kinds of material. I consider myself a pretty capable DIY person but this is my first time gluing something so permanent to my walls of my new house 😬😬. Thanks for any advice!!
