How do I restore the cracks and fading on this leather couch?

Here is the couch.

Firstly, I’m not entirely sure if this is real leather. I bought them off my roommate who didn’t want to move a bunch of large items when he left. I think it is, but I’m not exactly sure.

Could someone point me to or link me the products I’ll need to fix these? And can you just give me a quick rundown of how to fix this?

The searching I found seems to only fix fading. I can’t find anything on those bigger splits or the smaller wear on the cushion.

I’m pretty sure the fading isn’t hard and the minor cracking is fixable. I’m not sure about the major cracks and splits between the cushions though. My main concern are the two easier ones but if I can fix those bigger cracks, I’d like to.
