hanging 3mm mirror plexi on wall

i'm looking to minimize warping (sagging due to weight) while also using only 6 anchor points.

your opinion, which is better?

1. gluing the plexi to plywood and mounting the plywood to the wall.
2. using drilled anchor points (1/4") to bolt the plexi to steel studs

i'm worried such a big piece will warp no matter what...
