Tiling an unlevel floor

My dryer breaking the other day led to a spur of the moment bathroom/laundry renovation. Recently bought a 100 year old house. Directly beneath where I’d like to stack the new washer and dryer, someone completely cut out a 2.5 foot section of the floor joist. I’ve sistered the joist and placed 2 lolly columns underneath for support, but the floor on that side of the 6x7 ft bathroom still sags about 2 inches lower than on the other side. From what I’ve read it doesn’t seem wise to jack the floor up 2 inches without risking serious house damage. The plan is to lay new tile on the bathroom floor before installing new appliances. So my question is, is it possible and/or wise to try to make the floor in the bathroom level either by pouring leveling cement or in some other way? Or should I just make the floor even and flat but live with the 2 inch slope?
