Safe to convert hardwired led tube strip fixture to plug-in?

Can I safely convert this fixture to a plug-in light? They sell shop lights, and I bought this not realizing it was hardwired. I see a lot of google results for hardwired sconces/ceiling lights, but can't find anything about this type of light specifically. I didn't see anything in this sub related to this topic either. I have no idea what I'm doing but as long as I know it's safe, I can figure it out. I'm teaching myself about lighting basics, and have been wiring basic light fixtures. Thanks
