We bought a little house that adjoins our property for cheap and are going to fix it up, problem is gas furnace is bad, missing components and over 20 years old. The ductwork is all there, so how much of a project is it to swap it out? The electricity is functional at the house and gas is on, turned off outside at meter and inside at furnace feed.
