Drop in stainless kitchen sink not flat on countertop

Kitchen sink is not sitting flat on countertop ..there is a bow in middle on sides ..particularly right side ...

How do I check if its sink or countertop has a problem?

and how can I fix it ...do u think additional clips will clear the bow?
