Can hycote filler primer be used with rustoleum metallic spray paints?

I've done a quick search online, however it hasn't yielded any results, so I thought I'd ask here. I'm just wondering if it will cause a reaction and making the paints crack, etc?

I also want to know if spray putty will cause a reaction with rustoleum metallics?
