Advice needed on my upcoming shelving project! (Inexperienced)

Hi, I will try and keep this short and to-the-point.

I have been asked to make this shelving unit in this area.

I have recently made something similar but on a smaller scale, the framework looked like this.

I would like to incorporate this wall into the unit for aesthetical reasons (so it looks something like this).

I need to somehow conceal the wiring for these lights within the framework and plug them into this outlet.

Once the framework is finished, I will be plasterboarding the unit and then plastering it.

I am posting on here because I would like some advice on how to carry out this project, I am very inexperienced and not sure where to begin. I’m mainly looking for advice on the framework and concealing the wiring but will take on board all advice and any suggestions.
