How to figure out what screw I need?

Hi All!

I bought this Parnell Task Chair (pictured) on Wayfair, and they didn't send me a hardware pack --- so I basically have no screws to attach the seat to the bottom of the chair. Wayfair currently can't send me a new hardware pack (because it's sold out? or COVID-19 complications?) and they can't find any information on the kind of screws I need. Apparently their supplier (Brayden Studio) is MIA.

So, how do I measure the screw holes to see what kind of screw I need for the bottom of the seat? All the screws I have in my house are too small. Is there a way to figure this out? I can't find any info online.
