Problem: We work with a 2 part urethane/epoxy that needs to be volumetrically matched at a 1:1 ratio.
- The only control I have right now is the speed of each pump.
- Each chemical has a different properties/viscosity
- As each chemical flows from the storage tote it also changes viscosity due to temperature variation within the tote
Current Setup:

What I want: A 1:1 ratio control system to overcome current problems
- Ideally I can continue to use the gear pumps that we already have
- Cost effective solutions are a bonus
I’ve looked at so many things online I’m lost now. So, if there is anyone out there with any ideas feel free to inspire me!
