GFCI outlets not working

I have a GFCI outlet in the garage that stopped working. And one on the outside of the house that has also stopped working. I swapped out the one in the garage and the light came on but wouldn't power anything. And wouldn't do anything after clicking the reset and test button. All of the other outlets in the house work except those 2. Breakers are fine. Not sure what else I can check. Hoping not to have to call out an electrician
