Hanging gymnastic rings from vertical steel reinforced concrete column on ceiling

edit: I meant horizontal beam spanning the ceiling

Not sure what is the best way to go about doing that.

I believe the landlord said it's been hard to drill past an inch (they mounted a projector to the same vertical column) but gave me the ok to try to install something to attach rings to.

I was thinking of placing two climbing bolts, horizontally into the thing, add a locking carabiner, and then hang the straps from those things.whoever i don't know if an inch is enough for the bolts to fit, would love some advice!
