Need help. California king loft

Hey everyone so I got this project I was hoping y'all could help me with.

I moved into a new room and need to do something for my bed. (it was more or less a hand me down).

The project. Building a loft for a Cali king sized mattress. Looking for a design to where I could make use of my small space. Any advice or tips? Thanks in advance
