[HELP] Trying to set up propane at the new place. New suggestions and help for setting up a kitchen blow torch and possibly a regulator. Read for details.

Just got my pipes put in today. I have a 100lb propane tank. I have a black iron pipe capped after a shut off valve in my kitchen for a blow torch.

The torch:

What kind of flexible pipe should I get and is there something available that allows me to easily affix a blow torch and what kind of torch?

The regulator:

I currently have one take, but I plan on getting another. Is there a regulator that auto switches when the pressure is too low in a tank?
