Need help fixing wardrobe door. Any help really really appreciated!

I live in a rented apartment and my landlord's maintenance man will not come out due to Covid-19.

I paid a local handy man to have a look at it and he has told me there is a hinge issue. Therefore he moved the damaged hinge. He then told me he could not source a replacement and has no idea what model of spec it is to buy it online.

Therefore I was hoping a kind stranger could help me source the mystery part(s).
