I’ve got two sliding glass doors in my house that was built in the early 1980s. The doors don’t slide at all. The wheel assemblies aren’t attached on the bottom and I need to take of the door to put on new wheels. The issue I’m running into is that my door has a huge inside lip and lifting up doesn’t remove the door. It appears I need to remove the fixed panel first, as the outside lip is a fraction of the height.
