Building on a septic tank

Hi all,

I am thinking about building a very basic patio area on top of a septic tank.

I would be taking the top layer of grass and replacing with dirt and then pouring some crushed gravel, making sure it’s level and placing patio stones on top.

I will be placing a frame around the hole for easy access to the septic tank for pumping.

I have two pictures attached, is this a stupid idea?
