I've just laid a floor of porcelain glazed floor tiles today, but I've just discovered you're supposed to use cement based adhesive due to the chemical curing process rather than the evaporative curing process of "normal" adhesive.
I've used normal premix adhesive, but the tiles mostly have three sides exposed to air and the heating is turned right up to dry out other areas of the house with a few fans on to get a good air flow.
From laying the tiles the adhesive seemed to stick like s**t so to speak, advice from people has ranged from leave it it'll be fine to rip it all up and start again.
Any advice?
My thinking is I'll be leaving it for around 2 weeks now in a very hot house, the tiles are subject to minimal lateral loading and the adhesive used is high strength, so will it be an issue?
