I have a florescent light in the kitchen which is probably original from 1969. I replaced the tube lights a couple years ago. One of them has recently stopped lighting, but if I take the cover off and hold the tube, it turns on and stays on until I turn off the light. When I turn the light back on, the same tube does not light up. Does this sound like the fixture, ballast or tube?
