Door Sticking in two places and won't close

First post here so thanks in advance and hope I'm following the rules. Just redid my bathroom in an old 60's house and put the original door back on. Ran into the issues below.

1) After being closed fully the door gets stuck at the top right corner when trying to open it.

2) When closed the bottom left is pushing against the wood, doesn't stick but you can hear the creaking when it pushes against the frame when you close it.

3) Door won't latch shut. The bolt is too high for the striker by less than 1/8" of an inch.

I can't see how to fix this. Putting a 3" screw into the top will make issue #1 and #3 worse. Screw in the bottom won't do anything/ makes issue #2 worse. The sides are 24-1/8" wide/apart at the top of the door, 24-1/16" at the bottom of the door. The framing at the top slopes downward from left to right at least 1/8" (which could explain #1).

Is there anything I can do? For 3 I know I could grind the striker plate and chisel the hole a little larger but issues 1 and 2 would remain. Would a new door even work with the unleveled framing?
