Is there a 1/2" or 3/4" chuck hammer drill that's worth half a shit?

Just went through a $79 Master Force from Menards and a $100 Dewalt (DW511) this weekend. Both drills almost made it to ten holes. Most of the holes were 5/32 for Christ's sake.

I was looking for a $150-$200 version that might work for more than a day but no one stocks them.
