Help with painting concrete

I made a tabletop concrete fire pit that uses tiki torch fuel and looks great

However I hate the way the concrete looks being gray. What can I use to paint it? I don’t want to spend more than $20 on this I saw some professional paints for lots of cement but nothing else.
