I just moved into a new apartment with a beautiful brick fireplace/chimney dividing the open space into a kitchen and a living/dining room. I'm a bit obsessed with making the kitchen super functional, a big part of which means having my most used utensils (wooden spoons, silicon spatulas, etc.) within easy reach from the workspace. What I did in my previous apartment was install a bar across the wall, from which I could hang things (example here: https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/fintorp-rail-black-00201904). The problem is that required drilling, which I'd like to avoid in this new apartment if possible.
Does anyone have good ideas for a similar drill-free setup on a brick wall? The bricks are extending quite far from the mortar, so brick clips are certainly an option (in which case I just need to think of the best implementation of them).
