Question about stick on back splash

I'm trying to spruce up my kitchen to prepare to sell it.

Right now I have no back splash, it's just a painted wall, and is full of stains and marks.

My original plan was to put subway tile backsplash. But I have a 9 month old, a very energetic dog, and I would need help from my Dad as I've never done tile, so making time to get this done is not easy.

So I'm wondering if maybe it would be easier (and cheaper as I'm trying to make my house look good to sell with paying close to nothing as I can).

My question is. Will thouse stick on back splashs stay up for several months? And do they look good? (I'm fine with passable) or do they look super cheesy?
