A newbie question:
Picked up an oval shaped stone with decent weight 30kg/66lbs yesterday, wondering if I can turn it into a kettlebell or free weight for belt squat (without using a drill because I don't have one).
I'm thinking maybe get some epoxy and glue some rope along with a metal handle, is this a decent enough approach?
