me and my friends found this area in this bush

we want to make it into a shelter for us to smoke, and it’s like 2.5m x 3m x 2.5m (L x W x H). We were thinking of buying tarp but it’s to all expensive, for us..

Do you guys know anything i can buy for $15 and under. It only needs to be water proof.
