Does the rear brake (drum, shoe, wheel cylinder) need to be replaced? Drum and Inspection hole pictures are attached.

Hi! The vehicle is 2003 Mitsubishi Galant 2.4L, currently with 124k miles. The rear brakes were replace in June 2015 when the car had 109k miles. The Carfax Service History shows "Brake wheel cylinder(s) replaced; Brake fluid checked; Brakes replaced; Brakes checked". Not sure if brake shoes or brake drum were replaced at that time. From the inspection hole, is the braking (shoe) material still enough? Does the rear brake need to be replaced? Thank you very much.
