Garage Fridge on Extension Cord

Hi DIY, just had a quick question.

I have a 14.5 CUFT older fridge used for beer/drinks in the garage. I had to use an extension cord as there was no outlet on the wall I put the fridge on. The fridge is 120V 6.5Amp and the cord is a 15ft long 14 gauge. I ran it across the baseboard to the adjacent wall and routed it with a few wire staples and some duct tape.

I this safe/acceptable?
