Basement floor heaving -- exploring cost benefit of repair

Hello! I'm in the process of replacing my basement carpet and noticed that my basement floor has some moderate heaving and cracking in one bedroom. I'm trying to determine a few things: a. any estimate on cost, b. any future issues (and timeline) on when they might arise as I don't plan on being in this home long-term, c. what repairs would like and timeline as I would like to get this basement Airbnb up ASAP!
