As the title suggests.
Can I put coving over those horrible artex bubbles or do I need to strip off the artex before putting up the coving?
Will remedy the artex at some point but want to get the coving, skirting and lights sorted first before I start sanding/filling/covering an absolute butt load of artex ceiling.
